A commercial quiz company has asked us to collect survey data that they can use to create quiz rounds in a similar style to the TV game show Family Fortunes. If you can spare a few minutes to help, this will be very much appreciated and will help towards the running costs of quiz-zone.

This survey is made up of 20 questions where you are asked to name something, such as...

"...a famous racehorse from past or present..."

There are no right or wrong answers. So, in this example, you might enter "Red Rum". Just put one answer per question and don't spend too long thinking. If you can't come up with an answer quickly, just leave it blank and move on to the next question.

Once we have surveyed 100 people, all responses will be accumulated to create quiz rounds with questions such as...

"We asked 100 people to name a famous racehorse from past or present. Can you name the five most popular answers?"

At the end of this survey, you can enter your email address so that you can receive a free copy of the quiz rounds when they been compiled - hopefully within the next month or so. If you choose to do this, your email will not be used for any other purpose and will be removed from our records as soon as the quiz rounds have been sent to you.
